CSU-Pueblo has been an institution of higher learning for over 75 years and is still going strong. While the years have seen the university change and ultimately evolve into what it is today it can still be traced back to its roots at the Pueblo County Courthouse in 1933.

Decision CSU-Pueblo: ASG Elections ‘08

CSU-Pueblo’s Associated Students’ Government will hold elections on March 18 and 19.
These elections will determine who fills the seats of the student legislature. All of the ASG seats are up for election.

Polls closed at 4 p.m. with 683 students voting for their representatives in the Associated Students' Government.

Unofficial results show that David Fresquez is the president elect with Allan Chacon for his vice president, with fifty-one percent of the votes totaled.

Amanda Cristelli and running mate Nathan Pesch came in with 37 percent. Victoria Watson and running mate Angelina Perez came in with 12 percent.

Another close race was for the seat of vice president of legislative affairs. Leighann Hardwick defeated opponent Steven Titus by only 23 votes. Even though the polls are closed it will still remain unofficial until all results are signed off by ASG's chief justice.
